Tim Hincks is CEO of Endemol UK. Endemol UK is one of the largest independent production companies in Britain and annually produces over 5,000 hours of output. It incorporates a number of production brands including Remarkable Television, Initial, and Zeppotron.
Credits include hit game shows Total Wipeout and Deal Or No Deal; popular factual entertainment series Supersize Vs. Superskinny, Gok's Fashion Fix; reality blockbuster Big Brother and comedy series 8 Out Of 10 Cats and Charlie Brooker's Screen Wipe.
Endemol UK has also recently acquired Tiger Aspect, Darlow Smithson and Tigress and so also produces Charlie & Lola, Secret Diary Of A Call Girl and The Catherine Tate Show. The company is also behind a growing portfolio of innovative multiplatform entertainment including Bebo's groundbreaking online reality show, Gap Year and O2's first ever made-for-mobile drama, Cell.
Tim is also the Executive Chair of MGEITF.
David Strachan is joint MD of Tern, based in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Belfast. Tern has made productions for BBC One, Two, and Four, ITV, Channel 4, UKTV, Sky and BBC Scotland, BBC NI and RTE. David is a Trustee of the Indie Training Fund, and the longest-serving member of Pact Council, where he has been heavily involved in the lobby to move more production out of London.
