GENERAL
1. When is the Festival?
The 2008 Festival takes place from Friday 22 August to Sunday 24 August.
2. Where does the Festival take place?
The Festival is held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), Morrison Street, Edinburgh, EH3 8EE.
3. How much does it cost to attend the Festival?

4. How do I register for the Festival?
Registrations can be completed online via our website. If you have further queries about how to register please call the Festival Registration Hotline on +44 (0) 207 843 0146 or email ilovetv@mgeitf.co.uk.

5. I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?
If it has been over 2 days since you registered, please contact us by email at ilovetv@mgeitf.com
6. I registered for MGEITF 2008, but now can't attend. Can I send someone in my place?

8. When is the last date I can register?
Bookings for the 2008 Festival can be made up until Friday 22 August.
9. When will I get my delegate badge?
Delegate badges are collected from the Festival’s Registration Desk at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). To collect your delegate badge you will need to bring a copy of your confirmation e-mail. The Registration Desk will be open from 09.00-18.00 Friday 22 to Sunday 24 August 2008. Sessions start at 12.00 noon on Friday 22 August and finish by 17:00 on Sunday 24 August 2008.
10. What should I do if I lose my delegate badge at the Festival?
You will be able to get a replacement delegate badge from the Registration Desk (see opening times above). Please note that a replacement fee of £25.00 will be charged.
11. Do I need to collect my delegate badge before I attend a session?
Yes, delegate badges must be collected from the Registration Desk on arrival at the Festival and entrance to all sessions requires a valid delegate badge.
THE FESTIVAL
12. When is the Festival programme available?
You will receive a copy of the Festival Programme, along with a complimentary delegate bag, when you collect your delegate badge at the venue. The Programme will also be available on our website from 7 July.
13. How can I find out who else is attending the Festival?
An official delegate list will be available online from 7 July. You will also receive an official Delegate List at the Festival.
14. Do I need to bring my badge to social events?
You are required to wear your delegate badge at all Festival social events over the weekend.
15. Can I bring a guest to a social event?
Unfortunately official Festival social events are only available to paying delegates.
16. Can I buy a day pass?
We are unable to offer day passes for the Festival.
