Boel Ferguson is Vice President and General Manager, Disney Channels & Jetix UK and Ireland.  She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the UK and Ireland channels overseeing programming, on-air promotions, marketing and online & interactive divisions. Prior to this role, Boel worked as Managing Director, Jetix UK and Nordic.

Before joining Jetix in September 1999 Boel was Nordic Manager for TCC/Flextech. She also worked as Senior Acquisitions Executive for TV4, the leading commercial terrestrial channel in Sweden. Prior to this Boel was Head of Acquisitions at MTV3 in Finland and Marketing Manager at Europa Vision, the largest Finnish video distributor.
