Lisa has just joined Shine as Creative Director Entertainment from UKTV where as Director of Commissioning, Entertainment was responsible for all entertainment commissions across the broadcaster’s portfolio of ten channels shows including Argumental (series 1  ,2  and 3 ); Red Dwarf: Back to Earth, Tarrant Lets the Kids Loose , Scream If You Know the Answer and What Do Kids Know?

Prior to joining UKTV in 2008, Lisa worked at Tiger Aspect for five years as Director of Popular Factual and Entertainment and also spent time at the Endemol-owned Initial, where she exec-ed Party in Park and various other commissions for Sky One and Channel 4.  Previously Lisa worked at Granada for nine years on a variety of documentaries and series, including Modern Times for BBC One.  Lisa began her career in television in 1992 as a researcher on Granada’s This Morning, having started her working life as journalist on the news desks of The Sun and The Mirror.
