Recycled material for delegate bags
Following on from last year’s successful jute bag option, this year we’ve hit the drawing board to produce not only an environmentally-friendly delegate bag, but one that is fun and vibrant to reflect the mood of the Festival. We’ve sourced a unique material that is made from 100% recycled PET bottles.
Environmentally-friendly promotion
We’re also proud to take the bold step of removing paper inserts in delegate bags, in a bid to reduce unnecessary waste. Instead we’ve created a promotional stand filled with relevant and environmentally-sourced material that you can pick and choose at your leisure. What’s more, we recycle whatever is left over, leaving no room for waste.
Share a ride
Why not bypass a taxi and jump on one of the complimentary Festival coaches made available for all of our delegates. Coaches will run between the major hotels and EICC, and other major Festival venues. For more information on schedules and pick up points, visit Festival Extras
