Cancellation and Refund Policy
Edinburgh International Television Festival Ltd. will only accept cancellation and refund requests when made in writing by 18 July 2008. Fees will be refunded (less 15% administration charge) only when notification is received in writing by 18 July 2008 and emailed to ilovetv@mgeitf.co.uk or faxed to +44 (0) 207 278 9495.
Payment will be made to Edinburgh International Television Festival Ltd. Credit card statements will show that payment has been made to Edinburgh International Television Festival Ltd. Cheques are payable to The Edinburgh International Television Festival Ltd. in pounds sterling (VAT Number 270 9183 50).
All rates include access to all 2008 sessions and all official Festival social events.
You have the right to cancel your booking, in writing, within seven working days of purchase under EU regulations.
Transfer Policy
Edinburgh International Television Festival Ltd. will only accept transfer requests made in writing by 18 July 2008 and emailed ilovetv@mgeitf.co.uk or faxed to +44 (0) 207 278 9495.
A transfer fee of 15% will be charged and is due upon registration transfer.

Registrations are not transferable to future events.
Payment Methods
We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Delta. If you are unable to pay by credit or debit card please register by post or fax using the form on the Help page.

Our Promise
The Edinburgh International Television Festival Ltd. (registered charity SC030821) is committed to protecting your personal information. From time to time we may invite you to supply personal information in order for us to provide you with services (such as access to member-only areas, e-newsletters and competitions). In order to deliver such services we will need to process and store your personal information, which will always be kept in accordance with The Data Protection Act.
Registration Data
If your delegate pass has been booked by a third party, they have consented for you to subscribe to MGEITF and other carefully selected third party mailings (mail, email, telephone and sms). You can unsubscribe from this service at any time, by contacting us at ilovetv@mgeitf.co.uk or calling +44 (0) 207 843 0146.
Your name and title will be used as part of the Delegate List publication, which will be made available online and at the event. We may also provide aggregate statistics about our users, sales and related site information, but these statistics will not contain any information about you from which you could be identified.
